Adelina Feldman-Schultz, PHR

I’m an HR Operations and Employee Experience Consultant who helps growing organizations design the systems that define how their people work, grow, and succeed.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: the most effective people systems sit at the intersection of what’s best for the organization and what’s best for its employees. I focus on building solutions that live in that middle ground of creating sustainable, practical, and truly “win-win” processes that support both business goals and human experience.

With 8+ years of experience across corporate HR and consulting, I specialize in building scalable, human-centered infrastructure, from onboarding and performance management systems to employee handbooks, policies, and manager enablement tools. My work translates complex people challenges into clear, structured systems that improve clarity, consistency, and engagement across teams.

I’ve partnered with organizations to:

  • Design end-to-end onboarding experiences spanning pre-hire through the first year

  • Build performance management systems aligned to organizational values and business goals

  • Develop employee handbooks and policies that create clarity and accountability

  • Create manager tools and frameworks that support strong, people-first leadership

  • Implement feedback systems that drive continuous improvement

My approach is grounded in empathy, practicality, and a deep commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and access (IDEA). I believe that when organizations are intentional about how they design their people systems, they become places where people can actually thrive.

If you’re building or scaling your people operations and want a thoughtful, systems-driven partner, I’d love to connect!

In addition to my consulting work, I am an independent Casting Director and Producer.

As a member of The Chicago Inclusion Project, I’ve trained dozens of participants in active anti-racism practices, and produce the annual Chicago Inclusion Auditions, a one-day event where 150+ actors from historically marginalized communities have the opportunity to audition for top Chicago theatre companies, talent agencies, and casting directors.

I am also an Artistic Collective Member of Teatro Vista Productions, a non-profit theatre and production company dedicated to multidisciplinary artists of color whose artistic expression on stage and beyond is rooted in the transformative power of owning and telling our own stories.
